The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (the Centre) has won the ‘Editor’s Choice Award: Exemplary Convention Centre’ and the Gold Award in the ‘Above 10 Years: Specialised Category’ at the EdgeProp Malaysia’s Best Managed Property Awards 2019.
According to Datuk Hashim Wahir, Chief Executive Officer, KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, the Centre’s owner, “The receipt of these awards further enhances the Centre’s national and international standing. It is testament to our steadfast commitment to world class standards at the Centre and in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) precinct more generally. The Centre has lived up to all the hopes we had for it prior to its opening and we continue to see it playing a key role in the heart of the city centre.”
He concluded, “We would like to thank AEG Ogden for their role in the management of the Centre, as well as Alan and his entire team who work tirelessly to maintain a fantastic venue that all Malaysians can be proud of.”
Pryor also congratulated EdgeProp for their initiative in running these awards which play a unique role in raising the bar on Malaysian property management practices by benchmarking them against the best in class.
