Q: What are the newest food trends you are seeing in catering in Austria?

It is definitely street food and bowl food specialties, presented in an outstanding, surprising way. By serving the dishes in a flying buffet style or by decoration special buffet-station with self-service.

Q: If you had one weekend to travel anywhere, which city would you dine in?

London. For sure.
