On Wednesday, 28th of March, a little piece of history was created. The 10 knights of Slovenian Congress scene gathered for the first time at the roundtable and discussed the past, present and the future in the development of the congress industry in the region of Ljubljana. All the angles and positions in Ljubljana’s Congress scene were represented, to reach a holistic view.
The attendants were the key representatives of Ljubljana’s Congress industry: Jan Oršič / Convention Bureau Ljubljana, Breda Pečovnik / Cankarjev dom Cultural and Congress centre, Špela Terpin / GR-Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention center, Miro Hribar / Intours DMC, Gregor Jamnik / Hotel Slon, Saša Zor / Intercontinental Hotel Ljubljana, Barbara Hunt Vodopivec / Kompas DMC, Melinda Rebrek Pirana productions and Marko Križnik / Agencija Promo and Sandi Kovačevič / Hotel Cubo.
A platform for a constructive debate was created, and many thoughts and opinions were discussed. This was the first roundtable in the set of many more that are coming in the near future.
