Since 2003, the fair has been a member of the European Tourism Trade Fairs Association – ETTFA for its quality. More than 340 international exhibitors from 55 countries confirm this event’s international character and many awards and praises show this is the most successful tourism event in Serbia and the region.
International Tourism Fair, which took place from 23rd until 26th of February, is a trademark of the Belgrade Fair and is one of the events that opened up this year’s fair season.
In six exhibition halls, under the slogan “Enjoy the weather!” more than 1,100 exhibitors from 56 countries presented themselves. For the first time, its tourism potential was presented by China National Tourism agency, based in Budapest. This year’s participants were the most important tourist agencies, associations and organizations, hotels, tourist centres, airlines and international tour operators.
In addition to the exhibition, the rich accompanying program was present. Thanks to the cosmopolitan spirit of the city, fair is equally attractive for business visitors as for the public.
