Air Serbia boosts flights to Ljubljana and adds capacity to Podgorica

Air Serbia announced it will increase flights to Ljubljana (Slovenia) and add extra seats to Podgorica (Montenegro).
From 12 December 2014, the airline will add a new daily flight between Belgrade and Ljubljana to offer a double daily service, which will provide guests travelling to and from Ljubljana with more choice and greater flexibility.

Air Serbia will also introduce a larger aircraft and its highly regarded Business Class on the Belgrade-Podgorica route to meet the strong market demand.

Dane Kondić, Air Serbia’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “These increases in frequency and capacity demonstrate our ongoing commitment to add depth to our expanding network. More importantly, it’s about offering our business guests, those regularly commuting between major capital cities in the region, more attractive and convenient travel options”.

The additional Ljubljana services will support the growth of business and leisure traffic over Air Serbia’s Belgrade hub at Nikola Tesla International Airport. They will also offer travellers enhanced connections through Belgrade to popular destinations across the airline’s network including Athens, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Thessaloniki, Tel Aviv, Moscow, Beirut and Larnaca, and key destinations across the Balkan region including Skopje, Tirana, Sofia, Bucharest, Tivat, Podgorica and Sarajevo.

In line with the Air Serbia brand, the airline’s modern aircraft offer an unparalleled onboard service proposition, including appetising menu options and a complimentary bar service.
